3.NEVER NEVER STEP INTO CARTEL ALONE!cause you most probably can't finish up your meal ON YOUR OWN. they served super large servings and with the free-flow bread, you can just bloat up and die. i suffer from that every visit to cartel. all the soup and bread fill me up even before the main course is here.
still, i love cartel!
i know this post is long due. but i just didn't have the time to post till now. the stupid japan project made me stayed up till 4am on Sat. thanks yenler for accompanying me! YES. we can watch stars together! anyway, the whole website is damn screwed up. we need comments please.
